Max R. Engelhardt

Max Engelhardt’s practice focuses on personal injury, consumer protection, and employee rights litigation.

Max joined Ferguson Case Orr Paterson LLP in 2016 after nearly a decade at a boutique litigation firm outside of Boston working on class action cases and other complex matters alongside Jan Schlichtmann, the famed “A Civil Action” attorney.

Max is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Varsity Soccer Team. While in law school, Max interned with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office and was an editor for the Suffolk University Transnational Law Review.  Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, running, and practicing yoga.
