Attorney Max Engelhardt and Jessica Wan Elevated to Partners

We are thrilled to share the news that on Jan. 1, 2022, two litigation associates will move up to become partners at Ferguson Case Orr Paterson, LLP.  They are Max Engelhardt, a Suffolk University Law School graduate who spent the first nine years of his legal career in Massachusetts before moving to California in 2016, and University of Hawaii graduate Jessica Wan, who practiced law in Hawaii for three years, then brought her law practice to Ventura County in 2017. Max focuses on business, construction, employment class action and real estate disputes. Jessica litigates complex intellectual property, commercial, and employment matters in federal and state court and before the USPTO and advises clients about U.S. and global intellectual property strategies.
